British Chen style Tai Chi college.

British Chen style Tai Chi at the angel. This group is mostly made up of older folk and is ideal for beginners or improvers. The sessions often consist of gentle excercises and warm up. And as only standing up exercises. The group meets on a Wednesday at 2.00pm to 3.30pm at the angel healthy living centre.

Born To Perform

Born to Perform runs on Saturdays from 9-12 for children aged 7-16. We run for an average 12 week term and use up to 3 weeks for confidence building and technique and the remaining weeks working towards a performance shown back to family and friends on week 12.

The main difference between us and other fee paying stage schools is that we are affordable, most range from £260-300 per 12 week term - ours is £120 (this amounts to just £3.33 per hour). We are also not into promising stardom. We set realistic goals and maintain that the academy is about growing and development and not becoming famous.

Bang Drum

Bang drum at the angel. The group has about 20 people who attend and spend a couple of hours practicing for drumming performances. The group is made up of people from many places and nationalities and caters from novice and experienced percussionists. The group meets at the Angel Healthy living centre (the old eye hospital) every Thursday at 7:30pm - 9:30pm. There is a bus stop around the corner for travel access.
