British Chen style Tai Chi at the angel. This group is mostly made up of older folk and is ideal for beginners or improvers. The sessions often consist of gentle excercises and warm up. Barrow street community centre. This community centre is based as part of St Philips School and offers a range of sessions for anyone to participate in. Open to all residents regardless of school. On Wednesdays 1:00pm - 3:00pm there is an NVQ in learning support. On Thursdays 1:30pm - 3:00pm there is a B Tec course run by Pendleton College. On Fridays 10:00am - 12:00pm there is a stay and play session.
