This video shows the beginnings of the Nichols and Dimes Community Garden located in Salford. This project only a stones throw from the University sees residents active in creating a community space with the support of some agencies like New Deal for Communities and Salix Homes.

Salford Growing in the community is looking fresh and active at the moment as Kevin explains to Rob at a recent workshops at the Hulme Community Garden Centre. There is a new project headed by Screaming green which is looking to create a growers network.
