Timebanking

A bank with NO money, what good is that? you may ask
And I will tell you, The best kind of bank,
Some body had a good idea of banking TIME
The members of this bank are there for one another,
What skills have they to share, the time you give
By helping is given bank to you by others helping you
To do the jobs you can’t manage yourself,
Everyone has a skill of some sort, even if it’s not manual
You could listen to a phone call, Read to someone, take the
dog for a walk, Baby sit, go on errands, all sorts of things normally
called favours, but in this bank its Deposits for Time, you can
Withdraw when you’re in need of someone’s time.
