As part of the Community reporters programme we took a copy of the Manchester Evening News and used it to see if there were any articles that we could follow up with a telephone interview. We found an article about laughter and the Credit Crunch and how it was affecting us all. There were some very 'interesting' facts in there as well as a quote from a Professor. The real Professor in the Story was naturally far to busy to give us an interview even though we found his phone number on his website. So we had to phone up someone to do a fake one instead.
The club runs in Albert park changing rooms, (next to the all weather pitch) and especially suitable for 7-14 year olds. Usually a mixture of activities are offered from sports, to craft, and access to a games room that includes playstations, pool and table tennis tables, and laptops with internet access. The sessions are run by employed staff.
