Let's learn about Christmas and sharing from the visitors to the 'Street of 1,000 kids' exhibition.

Yes, Rudman Street in Ordsall was found to have 350 kids living in its short length, back in 1959. Of course, the local newspaper had to exaggerate. Still, it was a lot of kids, and times were hard. What can that tell us about making the most of life, in these, most recent 'hard' times? Perhap people then had a different way of looking at things.....
